The carbon fiber hood has the advantages of lightweight and weight distribution, and safety must be taken into consideration. Therefore, when we use carbon fiber hoods for customers, we must inform customers of the safety hazards. For the production of this type of automobile body panels, we usually use lower-cost wood molds. In terms of mold design and production, wood molds are easier, but the production of such automobile body panels require a lot of time and labor costs.

3D printed plastic modification parts

In the past,our interior designers have designed many unique and innovative interiors, but there are many difficulties in turning innovations into reality. Balancing innovation with efficient manufacturing processes in automotive interior design can be a challenge. Facing the challenge of innovation, we purchased a large-scale high-precision 3D machine that can print large plastic parts within a range of 2.2 meters in length, 1.5 meters in width and 1.1 meters in height. The parts printed by this large-scale printer have many innovative advantages in integrating locking and fastening mechanisms, reducing errors caused by plastic components during the manufacturing process, thereby speeding up the assembly process. In the modification and upgrade of car interiors, we make extensive use of 3D printing to print strong, durable, and unique customized car interior accessories, such as center consoles, center armrest boxes, interior panels, etc. We choose different plastic printing materials based on the use of the plastic parts. 3D printing manufacturing technology improves part manufacturing time, shortens construction period, and helps save modification costs.
