Zhu Jie

Zhu Jie graduated from Hohai University majoring in applied electronics. After graduation, he worked as an electronic circuit design engineer. He has been engaged in BMS circuit design and automobile overall control circuits for many years. Joined SEASONSMOTOR in July 2017, he was engaged in electric vehicle maintenance, repair and modification work. For maintenance work, he is very serious about finding faults. Since the car owner's driving experience and knowledge level, as well as the mastery of vehicle performance, are at different levels, when he "asks" the car owner about a fault, he must look for the important phenomena and ask the car owner.  He must be able to eliminate falsehoods and retain the truth from the answers. This shows that he has accumulated a lot of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and has a good understanding of the structure and performance of electric vehicles, so that he can infer the cause of the fault based on the problem phenomenon, and then perform repairs and solve the fault problem.

Because he is familiar with the characteristics of electrical components, such as fuses, relays, etc. and familiar with the basic characteristics and control logic of BMS,and familiar with the basic characteristics of PCS,and familiar with CAN, RS485, RS232 and other communication methods, and he can use related communication tools, etc., Zhu Jie became a chief engineer of car modification project. And his job is quite complex. He is responsible for battery system electrical component selection, low-voltage wiring harness design, technical drawing issuance, and BOM material sorting and configuration, and responsible for battery system program design and technical agreement formulation, and responsible for battery system control strategy formulation. He also assists test engineers to complete system testing , PCS joint debugging and other work and assists in completing customer needs assessment before sales.

Currently, we are engaged in the international car modification business. This new project is challenging because the car modification is not completely carried out in our factory. We only assist customers in designing and producing a complete set of modification accessories, and then we also guide customers on how to install and debug in their countries.

With many years of experience in automobile modification work, he has gone from a normal electronics engineer to chief engineer of automobile project modifications. The automobile modification projects he has overall planned include electric RV, electric police car, electric sanitation vehicle, etc. His work involves component procurement, functional module debugging, system debugging, discussing structural design and processing with structural engineers, and visiting customers. He deeply understands that in addition to technical ability, car modification design requires patience and meticulousness.
