After graduation and internship, he went to SEASONSCAR to engage in automobile body modification work. He can endure hardships, is neither too dirty nor too tired, works seriously, and is very efficient in his work. He was able to proactively participate in the technical training for various brands of electric vehicles organized by the company. Our company considers him a potentially important technician and often sends him to the maintenance centers of our cooperative brands to study and communicate. These arrangements are so that he can improve his comprehensive skills. At work, he can successfully complete various arrangements for the body modification team.
During the epidemic, our exports of second-hand electric vehicles surged, and the maintenance and modification tasks of all electric vehicles were very heavy. In order to deliver the electric vehicles on time for the order, our company arranged a lot of overtime work. Liu Minghua worked overtime for at least one to two hours and sometimes four to five hours every day. In order to meet the scheduled delivery date on time, he sometimes works overtime on weekends. He had no complaints about these extra overtime tasks and expressed great understanding of the overtime work. From his active participation in overtime work, he actively participated in conveying the positive energy of united work to other colleagues. Therefore, at the end of 2022, he was awarded the Outstanding Employee of the Year Award, awarding a bonus and two 16-day Mediterranean luxury tickets of cruise travel.
While doing all the work well, he strictly abides by the company's rules and regulations, such as,wearing a work ID plate at work, wearing work clothes as required, strictly abiding by the leave cancellation system, etc. He can handle the relationship between official and private matters well, as well as maintain a harmonious relationship with colleagues. At the same time, he also worked hard to learn professional knowledge to bring his technical level to a higher level. His hard work was recognized by the company's management, and in early 2023 he became the deputy supervisor of the body modification group.
