Zhang Chunjin graduated from Changzhou Automobile Maintenance College majoring in automotive mechanical and electrical maintenance. Just after graduating from his college, he came to work in our company. During his work, through serious internship and diligent practice, he gradually mastered the basic requirements for the repair of electric vehicles. Under the careful guidance of other colleagues and through his unremitting efforts, he has made certain progress in all aspects of the vehicle maintenance.
After he first worked at the Seansonscar maintenance and manufacturing center, he knew that as a skilled worker, if he could not understand the drawings, the principles of the equipment, and the structure of the vehicle, he would not only be very embarrassed, but he would also not be a qualified electrical construction engineer. At work, he deeply studied technical theories such as "Electrical and Electronic Technology", "Electric Vehicle Structure", and "Mechanical Fundamentals", and applied the knowledge he learned to the actual practice of maintenance and assembly construction to continuously improve his professional skills. Sometimes, in order to understand the ins and outs of a certain accessory, he would study it all night long by comparing it with technical information. He would never give up until he understood it.
At work, he constantly summarized the knowledge of electric vehicles. He found that some vehicles had brake failure while driving. He conducted an in-depth analysis of such problems and summarized the reasons for the failure of the vehicle's brakes. Focusing on the simple problem of brake failure, he repeatedly consulted and studied the relevant maintenance information, and humbly asked for advice from experienced colleagues. He checked and analyzed the possible causes one by one, and took a step-by-step approach to the parts that may malfunction. In-depth knowledge of the subject, disassembly and inspection using the easy method first and then the difficult method, to improve the ability to combine theory and practice and the practical ability. Through the continuous accumulation and summarization of countless simple electric vehicle knowledge, he became a qualified electrical construction engineer from a novice graduate, and became a mainstay of our company.
